Geremu the Trooper

We had a bit of a rough night but all is well today. Geremu didn't sleep much last night, he ended up whimpering most of the night so Nick and I didn't get much sleep. The night came to an end quickly as we had to have Geremu to the hospital for surgery by 6:30am. The first picture below is Geremu signed the paperwork saying he understands the risks involved (clearly Mom wasn't watching what he was doing).
The surgery lasted right around 50-60 minutes and everything went well. His tongue looks GREAT, it's normal, as is his speech. You wouldn't know that anything was done except for the fact that he lets his tongue hang out like a dog and likes to play with the stitches. Recovery was a little rough (lots more crying then he ever has) but I don't even think he will remember any of that.
By the afternoon he was still a bit groggy/tired but seemed to be back in Geremu form for the most part. He actually still is very tired, went to bed before 7 tonight. If the night goes well we plan on taking the boys to the pumpkin patch tomorrow morning. Cullen had an excellent time at Carson's house last night, it was so nice of Katie to take him for the night.

When we got home today Cullen was in the garage with his magnifying glass looking at the floor telling me he found a clue (perhaps Blue had been at our house). The picture below is what he was inspecting.
I wonder how these got on the floor of the garage??? They match Cullen's hand exactly.
